President & Executive Director
Jiyah Bolden is a dedicated advocate and the founder of Be Diverse Network. She is committed to empowering transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary individuals. Jiyah's mission is to create a more equitable and accepting society through education, career readiness, and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Katina Jackson
Board Member
Dr. Katina Jackson has over 25 years of experience as a community leader and founder of Mu Omicron Beta (MOB). With a Ph.D. in Psychology and extensive service in law enforcement, she is dedicated to nurturing youth and addressing community issues.
Leigha Ford-Shelton
Board Member
Leigha Ford-Shelton brings over two decades of experience as a registered nurse and a decade as a family nurse practitioner. She is passionate about infectious disease management, HIV/AIDS care, and community outreach.
Garret Williams
Board Member
Garret Williams is an active member of the LGBTQ+ community and known in the local drag scene as Genesis Glamoura. With a strong sales background, Garret aims to foster partnership opportunities within the community.
Naomi Wright
Board Member
Naomi Wright brings talent, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit to the board. As a successful business owner, she manages Haute Coudoor LLC, overseeing custom gown and costume design as well as cosmetics production.
Mariah Emery
Board Member
Mariah Emery is dedicated to helping individuals communicate and regain their voice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her experience and leadership in therapy, entrepreneurship, and workforce development make her a valuable addition to the board.
