Be Diverse Network was founded by Jiyah Bolden (Ms. J Bold), a Black transgender woman, advocate, and media creator with over 12 million monthly social media views. What started as a grassroots effort in Central Florida has grown into a multi-city ecosystem spanning Florida and Atlanta.
As the personal hairstylist to TS Madison and a partner in the TS Madison Starter House, Jiyah bridges entertainment, advocacy, and direct service in ways that reach people where they are — on their phones, in their communities, and in moments that matter.
BDN's mission is to build power, visibility, and material change for LGBTQ+ communities — especially Black trans women — through legal identity support, public health advocacy, culturally driven storytelling, and entrepreneurship acceleration.

Free legal name change assistance for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. Last year alone, we helped approximately 60 people reclaim their legal identity.
Culturally competent public health outreach, free testing events, PrEP navigation, and community education that centers Black LGBTQ+ experiences.
Branding, social media strategy, networking, and consulting support for emerging LGBTQ+ and minority entrepreneurs building their dreams.
From the Harmony Gala to Trap Queen Karaoke, we create spaces for celebration, healing, and connection through culturally rich events and digital media.

BDN is expanding to Atlanta — partnering with the TS Madison Starter House to bring our proven model of community care, legal identity support, and culturally driven storytelling to one of the South's most vibrant LGBTQ+ communities.
Our Florida hub remains active and growing, continuing to serve Central Florida communities with the same energy, love, and direct action that started it all.
